Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the zayil.com website (the "Service") operated by Zayil Agency ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Services

We provide custom web design and development services as described on our website. All services are subject to the terms outlined in the project proposal agreed upon by both parties.

2. Payment Terms

We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost before any work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project, prior to the final delivery of the website files and deployment to your hosting environment.

3. Project Timeline

Our standard delivery timeline is 7 business days, which commences upon receipt of the initial deposit AND all required content from the client (including but not limited to text, images, and brand assets). Delays in providing content will result in a corresponding delay in the project timeline.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the client is granted full ownership of the final website design and code. We reserve the right to display the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zayil Agency, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
